Cancellation Policy
MachShuttle’s mission is to offer our customers the finest quality shuttle/ car service available with competitive prices. At MachShuttle we take pride in our punctuality and personable drivers.
We are 100% customer service driven.
We hope you don’t need to cancel our services. However, things do happen so if you need to cancel your reservation we require that you do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your trip. Please call (714) 643-2220 or email us

Gratuity – (Normal gratuity amount is 20%)
Fares do not include Gratuity. If you wish to tip your driver, it would be greatly appreciated. Gratuity can be provided directly to your driver at the conclusion of your trip via cash, Credit, Venmo, or Zelle.
Pickup Time Policy
Customers are responsible for selecting their pickup times. MachShuttle is not responsible for any delays or hardships due to insufficient travel time. All pickup times are requested. Pickup times are subject to adjustment up to 15 minutes earlier or 15 minutes later based on scheduling needs. The office will notify you of any time adjustments the day prior to the pickup.

Baggage Policy
Each adult passenger is allowed one standard checked bag or carry-on sized bag in addition to one personal item on a flight. A personal item is to be defined as any small, handheld item that can be comfortably and safely held in the passenger’s lap or can be safely stored on the floor between the passenger’s feet. The office must be notified of additional baggage, luggage, boxes or items in excess of allowable amounts listed above. Additional charges may apply. Please call (714) 643-2220 with any questions.
Waiting Time
For Residential or Hotel pickups, we offer a 15 minute grace period from your scheduled pickup time. After 15 minutes you will be charged $1/per minute wait time until your party has entered the vehicle. There is no charge for waiting time at the airport while waiting for your luggage. Extenuating circumstances may be subject to additional fees. e.g.: Lost bag delay
Car Seat Policy
All children must travel in an approved child safety seat in accordance with state law. Car seats for children must be installed by parents or guardians traveling with the child(ren). Parents are responsible for selecting the appropriate car seat (age/weight) for their child(ren).
Airport Instructions
If your pickup is at an airport, please turn on your cell phone upon landing to receive a text message with instructions to contact your driver for curbside pickup. If your phone is unable to receive text messages and/or you did not receive the email with your driver’s name and phone number please contact us at (714) 643-2220.
Please note due to a high volume of traffic within and surrounding LAX airport your pickup time may be delayed up to 30min. We do our best to track your flight but if you miss your flight or your flight was cancelled, MachShuttle must be notified. Please call (714) 643-2220 and provide us with your new flight information otherwise you may be charged a “no show” fee equal to that of your full reservation.
Meet and Greet at LAX
Your driver will be waiting for you inside the airport terminal holding a sign with your name. There will be an additional $50.00 fee for this service plus parking fees.
International Pickup at LAX
For all international pickups without a Global Entry pass the driver will be waiting for you 1 hour after your flight is scheduled to land. For all international flights with Global Entry the driver will be waiting for you 30 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land.
Cruise Port/Terminal Pickup Policy
Pickup times at the Cruise Port/Terminal must reflect the time at which the passenger will be “ready to go at curbside” for pickup. Passengers must take into consideration the disembarking time. There is a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time and the time the passengers get in the vehicle. If passengers exceed the 15-minute grace period they will be charged $10 every 15 minutes until they enter the vehicle.
Toll Roads
If you ask the driver to take a toll road the toll road charge will be billed to your credit card. Our drivers are equipped with transponders to take the toll roads so if you want them to use it don’t hesitate to ask.
Luxury Vehicle Reservations
Please note we have multiple luxury vehicles and cannot guarantee a specific model. All of our vehicles are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide a luxury vehicle we will notify you and adjust your reservation to standard pricing.
Holiday / Event Pricing
All online reservations booked on major holidays or for special events are subject to a holiday/event price adjustment. The office will contact you immediately if this applies to your reservation.
Concerts / Sporting Events Pickup Policy
Pickup and meeting locations after the event are left to the discretion of the driver. These locations will be determined based on pickup efficiency and may require the customer to walk a short distance. Passengers have a 15-minute grace period from scheduled pickup time. Any driver wait time longer than 15 minutes will be subject to additional wait time charges.
